You do your job well, deliver on time with quality in an amiable and approachable manner. You like people and they seem to like you. All good but sometimes it feels like groundhog day. You want to grow and progress ("get ahead" but that phrase is inconsistent with the Geo mindset!) and unlike your technical deliverables there's no specification so what exactly do you need to do?
